Price, payment mandate, renewal notices, cancellation, withdrawal and non-payment for a subscription taken out on https://www.yafee.com.
1. The standing of this document
Last updated: 14 May 2026.
This document gathers, in an accessible form, the conditions that govern a subscription taken out on https://www.yafee.com. It stands apart from the Refund Policy, from the General Terms of Sale and from the Privacy Policy, and it may be consulted at any moment from the footer of every page of the site.
2. The service subscribed for
The service supplied under the name Yafee is digital registered mail. It is operated by Yafee Services Limited (C 116017), a company incorporated under Maltese law under number C114711, whose registered office is at .
The subscription opens unlimited dispatch of digital registered mail to and from more than 180 countries, each item being certified, timestamped and recorded on blockchain.
3. Price and tax
The subscription is structured in two phases, an initial trial followed by a recurring subscription on the plan the Customer has selected.
| Phase | Amount | Basis of the charge |
|---|---|---|
| Initial trial | RM 4.19 | A trial period of 48 hours running from registration, opening every feature of the service. |
| Recurring subscription | RM 228.34 per month | Charged automatically 48 hours after registration, then each month on the same date. |
| Professional recurring subscription | RM 461.34 per month | Charged automatically 48 hours after registration, then each month on the same date. |
Every price is stated inclusive of the taxes that apply to it. The VAT applied is that of the country in which the Customer resides, following the European rules on electronically supplied services.
4. The payment mandate given by the Customer
Sums fall due automatically against a bank card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or against any other payment method recorded at registration. In recording that method the Customer expressly authorises Yafee to debit it on each scheduled date.
5. Revision of prices
Yafee reserves the right to revise its prices. Written notice is given by email at least 30 days before a revision takes effect, and the Customer may cancel the subscription free of charge before the new price becomes applicable.
6. The notices the Customer receives
Three notices are sent in the ordinary course of the subscription. A registration confirmation email records the date on which the first charge of RM 228.34 falls due. A reminder email is sent 7 days before the trial period ends, stating the exact date of that first charge and the procedure to be followed in order to cancel. After each monthly charge a confirmation email is sent, carrying the corresponding invoice and a link to customer service.
7. Bringing the subscription to an end
Cancellation is free of charge, subject to no minimum term and open to the Customer at any moment. It may be made from the customer area on https://www.yafee.com, in the My subscription section, by the button that cancels the subscription, which is processed immediately; by email to [email protected] stating the email address of the account; or by Yafee digital registered mail addressed to the customer service of Yafee Services Limited (C 116017), one such sending being made available free of charge for that purpose from the customer area.
Cancellation takes effect on receipt, and no further sum is charged after that date. Access to the service continues until the period already paid for has run out. Nothing is returned pro rata, save as the Refund Policy provides.
Written confirmation is sent to the Customer by email within 24 hours of the cancellation at the latest, stating the date on which it takes effect and the date on which access to the service ends.
8. Right of withdrawal, for Customers residing in the European Union
Under European Directive 2011/83/EU, a Customer residing in the European Union has 14 calendar days from the subscription in which to withdraw, without giving reasons and without penalty. The right is exercised through the withdrawal form available in the customer area, or by notice of the decision given by any written means, including email, post and Yafee digital registered mail.
By way of exception, the right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been performed in full before the 14 days have expired, with the express agreement of the Customer and their express waiver of that right, as Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and the equivalent provisions of other European Union countries provide. The waiver is requested explicitly on each digital registered mail sent during the trial period.
9. Consequences of non-payment
Where a charge fails, a further attempt to debit is made within 3 days and an email invites the Customer to update the recorded payment method. Access to the service is suspended temporarily after 7 days of non-payment, and the subscription is cancelled automatically after 14 days of non-payment, without fee or penalty for the Customer.
No amount is owed beyond the last month billed.
10. Customer service, complaints and dispute resolution
Any question, complaint or request bearing on the subscription is addressed to Yafee Services Limited (C 116017), Customer Service, , by email to [email protected]. The average time taken to answer is 24 business hours.
Where a dispute remains unresolved, the Customer may apply free of charge to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Acceptance of these terms
Taking out a Yafee subscription amounts to full and entire acceptance of these Subscription Terms, which are restated before each payment and accepted by the ticking of an explicit box. A copy is annexed to the registration confirmation email, and stays available from the customer area at any moment.
