Refund Policy

The conditions on which sums paid to Yafee for a trial, a monthly period or a dispatched cancellation may be returned to the Customer.

1. The company that issues this policy

The service is supplied by Yafee Services Limited (C 116017), whose registered office is at , registered for value added tax under MT3288-7537, and whose billing correspondence is received at [email protected].

2. What this policy settles

This policy settles the conditions on which a payment made on the site https://www.yafee.com may give rise to a refund, under the rules that govern international electronic commerce. It completes the Yafee General Terms of Sale and Use and is read together with them; where a billing question is not answered here, those terms answer it.

It applies to every sum charged under the subscription, whether the sum relates to the promotional offer, to a monthly period or to a cancellation already drafted and dispatched on the Customer's instruction.

3. The subscription contract and the sums it commits the Customer to

On a first subscription the Customer takes a promotional offer running 48 hours, priced at RM 4.19 including tax. That offer is followed by a monthly subscription carrying no commitment, at the rate of the plan the Customer has chosen: RM 228.34 including tax on the monthly plan, or RM 461.34 including tax on the professional plan.

Where the subscription is brought to an end during the trial period, the sum charged is limited to the promotional offer, that is RM 4.19 including tax. No sum charged under this article is returned, the service being treated as fully performed from the moment access to it was given to the Customer.

4. The waiver of the right of withdrawal

By asking, when the order is validated, for the service to be performed at once, the Customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal, as Article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code (EU) permits. That waiver is what allows the customer account and the mail sending tool to be opened immediately rather than at the close of a waiting period.

Once the account has been activated, or the file to be sent has been validated, no refund can be granted.

5. Sums that are final and are not returned

The following payments are definitive: the promotional offer covering 48 hours, charged at RM 4.19; any monthly period that has begun; any service performed or already engaged, which includes the printing, the postage, the generation of the document by artificial intelligence and the postal sending; and the banking, transaction and currency conversion fees applied to the payment.

6. Cancellation of the subscription

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any moment from the personal account. The cancellation takes effect at the close of the billing period then running.

A period that has begun remains payable in full. Nothing is returned in respect of a period already begun, nor in respect of a service already carried out. Cancellation operates for the future alone: it stops later charges falling due and has no effect on sums already taken.

7. The cases in which a partial refund may nevertheless be granted

A partial refund may be granted, at the sole discretion of Yafee, in three situations and in no other. The first is a double billing that is proven and arises from a technical payment error. The second is a transaction proven to be fraudulent and made without the authorisation of the holder of the payment method. The third is a serious malfunction of the service that has prevented any use of it for more than 72 consecutive hours, and for which Yafee alone bears responsibility, no third party being involved, whether the host, the postal operator, the payment provider or the user.

A claim under this article is sent by email to [email protected] together with the documents that support it. A claim that is incomplete, or that is unsupported, is rejected.

8. Execution of a refund that has been agreed

Where a refund is expressly agreed, it is carried out within 14 business days counted from the validation of the claim by customer service, and to the payment method that carried the original order.

9. Bank disputes

An unjustified bank dispute, commonly called a chargeback, is a breach of the contract. Yafee may contest the refund before the issuing bank, pass on the banking fees the dispute has generated and block the account concerned permanently.

10. Where billing correspondence is addressed

Any question bearing on billing or on a refund is addressed to the billing service, Yafee.com, at [email protected]. Claims are processed on the GMT+1 time zone (Malta) and are answered within 5 to 10 business days at the most.
